California....

Last wednesday I left for Anaheim California with my office for a work trip. The kids wanted to come with me, so they wanted to see if they would fit in my suitcase;)

 We had shirts made that spelled the name smilesource, the name of our office.

When we arrived in Anaheim we went to dinner and headed to a baseball game.

 Anaheim won!

 It was Dr. Henneberg's plan to spell a different word every inning. He had several words picked out. But it was hard to bug someone every inning to take our picture. We did find a nice couple to do it a few times. We were so excited we spelled Smilesource Wrong:)

So we had to redo it.

We also Spelled Course Limes and Mouse Slicer:)

After 3 words  and having to bother the nice couple taking our picture, we decided to just watch the game:)

 We started the day off with coffee and classes. Jaelyn, taylor, me and Kelsi..The 4 hygienists.

 They had an after hours party at a bar that they reserved just for the dental people. We danced all night. It was a lot of fun!

 We got to bed around 1am...which is way past my bedtime! We were up bright and early for classes:)

 The dr's said we could have some free time in the afternoon so we went to the pool and walked to downtown disney.

We went out to dinner with the whole crew.

 Jaelyn was my roommate, she is one of the other hygienists. She recently found out she is pregnant so she was really tired and didn't feel like partying, so I gladly hung out with her that night. We ordered room service and rented a movie!

Saturday we only had classes in the morning. Taylor, Kelsi, Jaelyn and Myself. We were not sure what the class was about when we went to it. The title was provisionals....Well, turns out provisionals are temporary's. As a hygienist, you never make temporary's....so we had a fun time making them, but will probably never make them again:)

 It was Cinco De mayo so they had a lunch party.

After the party, we headed to Newport beach to catch a Duffy boat. A Duffy is an electric boat that you rent for 2 hours and drive yourself. It was a lot of fun!

 Dr. Henneberg got Dr. Ellingsen a captains hat because he was the driver...What Dr. Henneberg didn't know is that we bought him a hat too:)

We headed for dinner in Newport beach after and had a great time.

We left Sunday morning and headed for home. It was probably the best work trip I have ever had. With 11 people for 5 days, we all came home and are still friends!

 The kids class pictures came back...Landon said that they told him to give 'his biggest smile'....So he did!

 I had to go into work for a staff meeting today. When I opened my notebook I had used for taking notes at the conference I noticed Josie had left me a note:)

 After the meeting I unpacked, cleaned house and played baseball with Landon while Luke took Josie to Lacrosse practice.

Back to work tomorrow...
