My Birthday was on Friday, thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes. We headed up to the lake for our first voyage of the season. Long story somewhat short...Last winter we had a guy winterize our boat because we were out of town, we found out a couple of weeks ago that he didn't winterize it correctly and that the 'heater core' broke. (Don't ask me what a Heater core is) ..so he was going to pay for it and fix it for us last week. When we arrived on friday, the boat was all taken apart and no heater core. no parts to fix the heater core either, otherwise luke would have done it himself.....sooo, the first hot weekend of the summer and we couldn't take our boat out! the guy who was supposed to fix it isn't calling us back and is MIA!! So, we went out on my parents boat instead:) We did some fishing and relaxing. It sure was nice to have warm weather! My mom brought me a bunch of her flowers for my b day, dad fixed my computer and we had yummy pie for dessert!

Josie has been 'testing' us lately and she got in trouble while we were on the beach. I said 'OK, your in a time out'..and she said 'there isn't any corners to stand it'....so this log quickly became her 'corner'....Whatever works these days!

We are hoping that our boat is in working order soon so we can take it out. Looks like summer is finally here!!
