A weekend with the 'Flowers'

This weekend our friends Clay and Amber Flower came up to the lake with us. They have 3 girls! Josie had a blast hanging out with them and we enjoyed it because we didn't have to entertain her:) Josie just calls them 'the girls' so here is josie and 'the girls'. Carmen, Hailey and Kylee. The beaches are pretty nice right now...here is a day in the life at lake roosevelt!!

We feel very lucky to be able to come to such a great place with our family and friends:) Saturday night we awoke to a huge thunder and lightning storm. when we came out in the morning the glass table had shattered and all the chairs on the deck were blown over! It cleared up to be a great day though.

Clay and Amber introduced us to beer frisbee. You don't have to drink to play it, I guess you could use pop cans and call it pop frisbee, but it was fun. Sampson kept trying to catch the frisbee, which eventually he destroyed...Here are luke, clay and sampson playing...

The weekend was a lot of fun. The only turmoil was that I caught the tip of my toenail on the door of the yukon and ripped it almost clean off!! Now it is a bit sketchy and still slightly attached, but made for an uncomfortable walking weekend! other than that, Im battling sciatic nerve pain and going to physical therapy until this baby comes on out! Thursday my best friend andrea is coming for a visit!! I haven't seen her since last september, so we are very excited!!
