This Christmas we spent in Portland with Luke's parents. On the way to portland we stopped in Ellensburg for a couple of days and celebrated early with my parents. We lucked out on the weather, it was a little dicey driving over Satus pass from E burg to Portland, but overall it wasn't too bad. We had some snow in Spokane before we left so I took the kids out to play.
Landon's Jeep doesn't do so well in the snow, but he didn't care...He is happy just sitting in it.
We made a gingerbread house and some men too! Landon did pretty well, I think he ate more than he decorated:)
When we were in Ellensburg Josie, me and my dad made a snowman.
This K5 Blazer was my very first car...we have lovingly named it the 'white trashmobile'. My dad made it into a snowplow. Landon and Josie had a fun time plowing with grandpa.
We made a snow 'mountian' with the plow. Josie and landon made a slide out of it.
Landon loved going down the slide.
Dad made a delicious Prime rib dinner and we opened presents after. Here are josie and my dad enjoying the fire.

My parents bought josie an art easel for christmas. It was a hit!
My mom and Landon playing with Josie's Mobigo game.
Our time was short in Ellensburg and we left just as the snow started flying again. We had a great time with my parents. On to Portland we went. Christmas Eve we drove to Woodburn, OR where Luke's grandpa lives. Josie calls him Grandpa Great...and he sure is! He is in his 90's and going strong. We had a potluck lunch with him and luke's Aunt Kathy and uncle Bob. Josie and Landon liked riding on grandpa great's walker.

We made it home today and are in the process of unloading all our gifts. Christmas was good to all of us this year. Now to take down all the holiday stuff and have our annual christmas tree burning/sledding party with our friends Rudy and Carli on Saturday!! Hope everyone had a great christmas!
