The End of Soccer

This weekend was the last weekend of soccer. The girls were in a tournament saturday and sunday and played well. Josie almost scored a goal, which for her is a pretty big deal. she is one of the smallest girls on the field and probably the most timid soccer player out there. she still insists that she likes it and wants to play again in the fall, so we will see:) Here are her soccer photos. When they took the photos, it was in the middle of a rain/wind storm outside....so all the girls hair were blowing in the breeze!

I took this picture on the way to soccer. Landon was mad at his sister for some random reason....He was giving her the death glare....

When I asked him what that look was for he got really upset and then went into 'stage 2' of a meltdown and buried his head in his car seat.

The soccer tournament had a DJ and a snowcone truck, so the kids all got shaved ice after the game...landon too!

This is Emma and her little sister with Josie and Landon. Landon loves hanging out with all the 'little sisters and brothers' at the soccer games and practices. We will miss hanging out with all the parents and seeing the kids every weekend. it was a great group of kids and parents.

 After soccer on sunday we came home and did some home maintenance. Our front steps had been falling apart so luke and the kids put them back together:)

Lila came over to play too. The kids were playing in the back of the truck. It kept them entertained for a couple of hours..walter was not impressed.

 Josie made this birdhouse with my dad last year so I found a spot to put it.

And that was our weekend....
