My friend Jane invited us to Wenatchee this weekend to celebrate her daughters 5th birthday. Josie loves Jayna and was very excited to hear that it involved riding horses! Here is Josie posing with her boots on all ready to go!

Saturday morning Jayna was in a relay race called the ridge to river. Her portion was kayaking and riding her bike! she did great.

The party was at the appalatchie ranch and they had a petting zoo area, horseshoes, pole bending and they even got to ride real horses. Josie said she was an 'expert' because she rides norman at my parents house.
Josie rode a big percheron horse that had an english saddle on...she loved it.

After the ridge to river, 3 hour horse party, dinner at red robin....they both passed out in the car on the way home!

Jayna's daddy died when she was 3 and left this car to her:)...well, her momma drives it for now but jayna sports it well in the passenger side.

We had a great girls weekend in wenatchee and plan on visiting again soon when we can play in the pool:) Happy Birthday Jayna!
